  • Check/replace spark plug, air filter, and/or fuel filter

Generators
  • Change oil and filter
  • Replace spark plugs if needed
  • Inspect ignition coil and wires
  • Inspect cooling system 
    • clean cooling fins (air cooled)
    • Clean radiator
    • Check coolant level, add if needed
    • Inspect fan and or guard
  • Replace air filter and pre-filter
  • Replace fuel filter
  • Inspect for fuel leakage
  • Inspect belts and hoses, replace if needed
  • Inspect carburetor linkages
  • Inspect and load test starting battery if equipped. Service as needed.
  • Inspect engine and electrical safety shutdown sensors
  • Correct any excessive noise or vibrations and tighten any loose hardware
  • Check and calibrate AC output voltage & frequency
  • Check and calibrate starting battery charging system
  • Clean air intakes and cooling fins
Garden / Sub Compact Tractors
  • Change oil and filter
  • Replace air filter and pre-filter
  • Inspect electrical systems
    • Starting system
    • Charging system 
    • Coil, plugs and wires (test glow-plugs on diesel if equipped)
    • Load test battery
    • Confirm engine safety shutdown switches function correctly
  • Inspect cooling system 
    • Clean cooling fins (air cooled)
    • Clean radiator
    • Check coolant level, add if needed
    • Inspect fan and / or guard
  • Inspect carburetor and / or fuel injection system
  • Replace fuel filters
  • Inspect for fuel leakage
  • Inspect belts and hoses, replace if needed
  • Correct any excessive noise or vibrations and tighten any loose hardware
